No struggling with that bike rack, waiting around for a shop work on your bike, having to come back later to pick it up (sometimes as long as a week--gimme a break, guys!). And the price is right, too. My life just got a whole lot easier.

Fortunately not many riders needed mechanical assistance, but when they did Mike provided terrific help, and we heard feedback from multiple riders how great they were. As if that weren't enough, Marianne is also a very talented photographer!
I help host a local non-profit bike ride, Ride 'Round Rhody, and they both helped us significantly not only Ride-Day, but leading into RRR as well. I truly cannot say enough good things about them, and how much we appreciate their support.
My bike had been in the garage covered in grease for three years and I called Mike to clean it up. He came right over and did a FANTASTIC job getting it ready to ride and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm sort of afraid to tell everyone how good this is because I don't want Mike to get too busy or he might not come all the way out to Onset. But I have to spread the word. Mike came yesterday and tuned up my bike and put on new tires while I worked inside. I can't tell you how excellent it is to not lift a finger to get your bike tuned. I didn't have to drive anywhere; I didn't have to wait anywhere; I didn't have to throw the bike on a rack. It was THE BEST! (Plus, his prices are totally reasonable!)
