I am along time parishioner. I was brought up not going to church. I went to Sunday school at old stone church.when I turned 16 bizarre supernatural events were occuring. I started waking up early, and walking through my town L.C. and praying.soon after I met my now husband. I felt the desire to be something more. I talked to the priest. I went 2xweekly for catechism I was 19, and married.so when I was 22. I was baptized,had my first communion, and my marriage blessed at st.madelines.i taught catechism for 15years.helped at Bazaars,fairs,etc.in recent years I have not been to church because I shattered a disc in my back I have had 2, major surgeries so I would not be paralyzed I have been in pain on a daily since 1995. I am going to try harder, and have prayed about getting back.danne Matthews.
