I would like to take a moment to say something very few people can say I love my dentist! Since the first time I went for a consultation the whole staff made me feel so comfortable and important. They actually made me feel at ease. There are not a lot of dentist or hygienist that actually care for there patient. The funny thing is I was searching for a dentist for along time and I just happen to see on line that there was more than one practice right in my home town.I was so excited to know that ,but it was even better because this practice had mostly women as dentist and hygienist which i was impressed and very relaxed. They joked, and actually made it fun. Yeep I said FUN!!! everyone in this office was so wonderful that I forgot i was in a dentist office and looked forward to my next appointment. well if you reached my review and read to this point I hope you will give them a chance, they are wonderful. .
We are a military family in Newport, RI and they treated us very bad.... Myself and my 2 children scheduled a teeth cleaning. Well the dentist told us they were too busy to come in for a final inspection after the cleaning and asked that we pull our kids out of school early once again a week later for a separate inspection from the dentist. when asked if it would cost more they said yes. My brother is a dentist in Wyoming and said that is crazy. My dentist brother said: in my 20 years plus doing dentistry the dentist comes in after the cleaning for inspection he does not ask for you to come in a second time one week later for review after a cleaning. this place is a joke. if you want to waste your time and money this is the place for you. This place got bought recently by a new dentist right out of college so I guess this is the way they train new dentists?
The reason for my visit was an emergency as I was a victim of an improperly fitted temporal bridge. My primary dentist was very busy to see me. I was so fortunate that I could see Dr. Cassidy who identified and fixed the problem. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. I am very thankful to Dr. Cassidy and her skillful approach to address my case. Dr. Cassidy was very caring, compassionate, and patient with a desire to make me happy with the results. Dr. Cassidy has a great rapport with all her staff and they work very well together.
Even that I have to drive extra miles, I am always going to see Dr. Cassidy whose main priority is making sure her patients are comfortable and get the best dentistry she can offer.
My sincere recommendation and reference to all is to go visit Dr. Cassidy
