there's a free beginners class on Saturday mornings, and the instructor is very friendly and helpful. there's also a organic smoothie bar with vegan and hemp protein. love it there.
I am a senior who was not very active I joined the fitness class for seniors and already feel so much better. Getting motivated and love our instructor Bernadette.
