Food is good. It's pretty much fried seafood, quahogs and chowder. A Rhode Island staple overlooking the water. Kinda pricey but you get what you pay for.
Oddly enough I have a sea food allergy and this was the place my family wanted to eat. They worked very well to provide me a hot dog cooked to perfection that wouldn't make me sick. Super nice employees I would highly recommend this place!
this food is delicious. sitting on a picnic table eating fresh seafood and looking out over the water is delightful. we arrived early and a line formed behind us within seconds.
Just enjoyed the finest clam roll in memory. Beer batter crispy, whole bellies (large and mercifully removed from the frier at exactly the right moment) in a perfectly butter grilled bun. Local beer. Lovely view, pleasant server. What's not to like? This is now a favorite spot.
Evelyn's has been a part of my life as long as I can remember. The people are wonderful.. THE OWNERS BECAME FRIENDS. its a special place. Not just food. Great food and great vibes.. A lot of happy days with my parents growing, and with my own family now. Oh lol and all of us together. Enjoy!!
