Horrible they over charged me, my dog came home every time with white flakes all over my last visit was the worst they didn't want to take the time to comb her out and called me and said make a decision or come pick her up or she gets shaved, that was unexcitable to shave my dog. they were very rude about it, how ever I took her to another place and was told she was never rinsed properly that's why she had so much dandruff ... they like to do volume not quality, not recommended at all. the owner obviously is clearly about the MONEY & not the care of the pets. enough said!
Staff was cheerful and helpful during my visits. My cat Alex looked great and stress free when I picked him up after his grooming. Great local animal care.
