I have used the Sakonnet Vets for many years. My last yellow lab lived to be 15 years old and my present Lab (Maggie) will be 15 in March and still enjoying life with medication and lots of TLC. We love Dr. Rix and Maggie has been known to jump out of the car and run up the steps and right into the office. That says it all!!! Cele Halsey
I have been taking my dog to Sakonnet Vet for several years now. The staff there is awesome and I would recommend anyone to go there with their pets. The doctors are so efficient in what they do and they have so much compassion for each and every animal that walks through that door, they are like family!!!!!
Knowledgeable, professional, caring and friendly staff insure that our first experience boarding our two dogs will not be our last; we first boarded a beagle and a terrier mix in November and have now reserved a stay for them in mid December. We toured Sakonnet before the November stay and were also pleased with the cleanliness of the boarding facility. We highly recommend Sakonnet!

We brought our puppy into Sakonnet Vet to be spayed. The facility is so welcoming and the staff made us feel right at home. She received excellent care and was on the mend from her surgery a couple of days later. I highly recommend Sakonnet Vet.
